South African Documentary wins Oscar!

South African documentary “Searching for Sugar Man” nabbed the Best Documentary Feature Oscar at last night’s 85th Academy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles, California. The film is directed by Malik Bendjelloul and documents a Detroit musician from the 1970s who goes missing and was later rediscovered in South Africa.
